No. We do not take card payments online. Payment is by bank transfer, and the bank details are shared in your written quotation. Our admin team verifies every payment before your booking is confirmed, so please keep your payment receipt and share it with us.

No. Submitting a form creates an inquiry, not a booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) stating the final price, travel dates, and the services included. Until then, no seat or room is reserved and no price is locked in.

No. The visa is issued by the Saudi authorities through a licensed operator, and no one can guarantee it. The agency never guarantees a visa. We will prepare and submit your application correctly and keep you updated, but the decision and the timing belong to the Saudi authorities. Visa fees once submitted are non-refundable, even if the visa is refused.

It depends on the airline and the fare booked. On the researched Saudia Guest Basic fare used for our Umrah packages, the allowance is 23 kg checked baggage plus 7 kg hand carry. Your exact baggage allowance is confirmed in your written quotation, so please check it there before you pack.

It depends on the hotel in your package. Two real examples from our researched packages: Emaar Elite in Makkah is about 1,450 metres from the Haram, with a free shuttle, and Afaq Al Salam in Madinah is about 1,290 metres from the Haram. Closer hotels cost more. The exact hotel and its distance are confirmed in your written quotation before you pay.

A valid passport, passport size photographs, and any documents the operator asks for. Your passport must have the validity required by the Saudi authorities. We will give you the exact document list for your package in your written quotation, and we will tell you if anything else is needed before your visa is submitted. Please make sure all details match your passport exactly.

Yes. If you cancel before ticketing or confirmation, you get a full refund of any advance minus any non-refundable amount already paid to an airline or hotel, as stated in your written quotation. After ticketing, airline and hotel rules apply and we pass on exactly what the supplier refunds. Visa fees once submitted are non-refundable. Date changes are subject to airline and hotel charges. There is no refund for a no-show. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for the full details.
