1. About these terms

These terms and conditions apply to every inquiry and booking made with HASSAN TRAVEL & TOUR ("we", "us", "our"), a travel agency based in Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan. By submitting an inquiry or making a payment to us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please contact us before you proceed.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking applies to that booking.

2. Bookings are inquiries until confirmed in writing

Submitting a form on this website, sending a WhatsApp message, or calling us creates an inquiry, not a booking. Your booking is confirmed only when we send you a written confirmation (by email or WhatsApp) that states the final price, the travel dates, the airline and flight details (where applicable), the hotel names (where applicable), and the services included.

Until you receive that written confirmation, no seat, room, or service is reserved for you, and no price is locked in.

3. Prices and quotations

Prices shown on this website are indicative starting prices. Your final quote is confirmed in writing before you pay anything, and that written quotation is the price that applies to your booking.

Prices can change until payment is received. Flight fares, hotel rates, exchange rates, taxes, and government charges can move at any time, so the price quoted to you is valid only for the period stated in the written quotation. If a price changes before you pay, we will tell you and give you the choice to accept the new price or cancel the inquiry at no cost.

Your written quotation lists exactly what is included and what is not. Anything not listed in the quotation is not included in the price.

4. Payments

Payment is made by bank transfer. We do not take card payments online. Bank transfer details are shared in your written quotation.

Every payment is verified by our admin team before your booking is confirmed. Please keep your payment receipt and share it with us so verification is fast. A booking is not confirmed by payment alone: confirmation still depends on flight and hotel availability, as described below.

Please pay only to the bank account given in your written quotation. We are not responsible for payments sent to any other account.

5. Flight and hotel availability

Flight seats and hotel rooms are not guaranteed until they are ticketed or confirmed by the supplier. Availability and fares can change while a quotation is being prepared, and a flight or hotel shown in a quotation may no longer be available by the time you pay.

If a flight or hotel becomes unavailable after you pay, we will contact you with the closest available alternative. You may accept the alternative, choose a different option, or cancel for a refund as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

6. Umrah visas

Umrah visas are processed through a licensed operator tie-up. The visa itself is issued by the Saudi authorities, and a visa is never guaranteed by us or by the operator. A visa can be refused, delayed, or issued with different validity than expected, and we cannot control that decision.

Visa fees paid to the embassy or operator are non-refundable once submitted. Please see our Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.

Visa processing times quoted to you are typical times, not guarantees. We recommend you do not book non-refundable travel or make other commitments until your visa is issued.

7. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate passport details and documents. Passport names, passport numbers, dates of birth, and expiry dates must match your passport exactly. Any error can lead to a refused visa, a denied boarding, or extra charges, and those consequences are your responsibility.

You are responsible for holding a valid passport with the required validity, and for any other documents the airline, hotel, or visa operator asks for. We will tell you what is needed, but obtaining and providing those documents is your responsibility.

You must also follow the rules of the airline, the hotel, and the country you are visiting, including baggage limits, check-in times, and local laws.

8. Changes and cancellations

If you need to change your travel dates or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to airline and hotel charges, and cancellations follow our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Please read the Refund and Cancellation Policy before you book so you know what applies at each stage.

9. Our liability

We act as an agent between you and the suppliers of your travel (airlines, hotels, transport providers, and the licensed Umrah operator). The suppliers, not us, provide the flights, rooms, transport, and visa processing.

We are not liable for airline delays, flight cancellations, missed connections, hotel service issues, visa refusals or delays, or changes in government rules, taxes, or travel requirements. Where a supplier fails to deliver a service, we will help you follow up with that supplier, but the supplier's own terms and refund rules apply.

Our liability, where it applies, is limited to the amount you paid to us for the affected service. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Pakistani law that cannot be limited.
